Juxtaposition in Glen Dye

I'm not sure if I accidentally took this photo of a Raven when taking landscape photos but while great to see the largest Corvid flying free in Glen Dye I couldn't conceive it being trapped in the Crow trap on the hill top bottom left. I noted that recent traps I've seen were not active.
