Haughend, Glenesk

A curtailed trip to Glenesk, I got fed up of the poor light which arrived not long after I arrived there.
I did see in the short time, Raven, Osprey, Jay, Willow Warbler, Tree Pipit, Woodcock, Meadow Pipit, Song Thrush, Mistle Thrush, Lapwing, Curlew, 6 Grey Wagtails, Red Grouse and I heard Snipe calling.

A surprise Osprey, just passing through although it looked to be fishing

Pied Wagtail on tip toes, couldn't get the Greys

Not my first Swallow but first photo of sorts, they don't stay still you know!

Arbroath birds

Back down to earth from the previous Golden Eagle with a few of the local birds around Arbroath.

St Vigeans Nature Trail birds first with a Dipper, a Dunnock, one of five Treecreepers and Wren.
Keptie Pond later with a Chiffchaff and some of the Lesser Black-backed Gulls.

These below from Keptie Pond, Chiffchaff and Lesser Black-backed Gull
