Short-eared Owls 2018

A clear out just in case I did manage a Water Pipit photo today.

Starting with Short-eared Owls, two at Elliot Golf Course photographed on December 3rd very late in the afternoon, especially the two with the Kestrel chasing one of the Owls. I think the back lit ones were probably the following morning, then it got windy and kept them quiet. Next are a few carried forward from the Shore Lark trip to Barry Buddon and lastly some from a windy afternoon at Victoria Park, Arbroath.

Bar-tailed Godwit, Buddon Ness

Fox Moth Caterpillar, one of around 12 seen at Barry Buddon this week. Had it wrong as a Garden Tiger!

Mistle Thrush, Barry Buddon

Pied Wagtail, Buddon Ness

Redshank, Victoria Park

Cormorant, Victoria Park
