A slightly longer trip to find where the Common Terns were nesting in Montrose. While there, we met Ron who pointed out the building they were on and suggested a possible viewpoint. Possibly around 100 nests could be seen, but as there were birds present that weren't sitting, it's difficult from the distance to be sure without a scope.

Something flushed all of the Common Terns from their nest site, a common occurrence
This Pied Wagtail male unexpectedly landed very close when I was set up for flying terns, I think this worked though
