I got diverted today just before leaving the house when a Birdguides report detailed a Green-winged Teal at Monikie. A second report which I didn't see till I was about to leave Monikie mentioned a Scaup. I tried to view the Teal from the roadside as the sun was shining into the pond for viewing from the park track or Denfind Hide, I couldn't see it. Venturing into the park and from the Island Pond path I could see the Teal with my scope but the sun was harsh, hence the photography is only a record and the video a bit better.
