"up to 700,000 Red Grouse - will be shot for fun"

Today marks the first day of the shooting season where up to 700,000 Red Grouse - will be shot for fun.

I've left it to these campaigners to elaborate on what that means for our native wildlife, peatlands and raptors.
None of it is new, except for the Scottish Governments in-action - perhaps they're too cosy with the mainly unknown owners of grouse moors.

If grouse shooting never existed and large landowners wanted to start it up today, would you be in or would you be out?
