Easthaven in a gale

A very windy and ultimately rainy afternoon at Easthaven but worth the trip as the first bird seen was a Peregrine hunting over the rocks in front of the houses. I was also glad to see the Stonechat is still in the same place and on the tide line was a group of thirteen Grey Plover.

This is the best shot I could get of the Peregrine hunting at high speed and aided by the gusting wind, the sea state photo below the Stonechat gives an idea of the conditions.
