Roseate Tern and juvenile behind the pitch and put, Pleasureland at Arbroath. The terns and sometimes Little Gulls will sit on the rocks as the tide comes in. I've found I need to be there at least two hours before high tide, will change between spring and neep tides. They fly away when the tide gets closer to the sea wall

Earlier in the day when it had become dull, the Spoonbill at the Lurgies obliged by coming close to Neil and I. Seeing Neil's results with a 500mm lens has led to "lens envy" on my part
