Peregrine hunting, 2 Great Egrets and 3 Little Stints

Photos and videos from a couple of hours at Maryton Ditch, and on a day when the sun shone intermittently. You might hear the wind noise on the videos though, even though the volume has been reduced by 97%. The Spotted Redshank was also there, but it flew off before there was any light, and videos were soft or out of focus.

Also a few from the Lurgies of very far away Little Stints, and a Dunlin with a cockle clamped on its foot, unfortunately my hand held video of it was too shaky to redeem in editing.

There were eight hen Pheasants walking along the mud at Maryton, soon to be shotgun fodder!
