Now at least two Mediterranean Gulls hanging around Arbroath, mostly seen with the Black-headed Gulls on roosts at Victoria Park, King Drive, and West Links, Queens Drive. I'd have thought Queens Drive would have been associated with Victoria? I'll ask Olive, she might have been around then......(deep trouble for me)

2nd summer Mediterranean Gull, Victoria Park, Arbroath. During July to early September four age groups can be found, juvenile recently fledged, 1st summer one year old, 2nd summer two years old, and adult summer, three or more years old
Still with some black and faded black on the wing, and bill lacks the yellow tip of an adult

Clouded Border Moth, disturbed by the Frog in the photo below, or is it a Toad?
At only 10-12mm long it's not easy to see much detail
A series of Sparrows squabbling at a feeder, they don't hold back
Both Tree and House Sparrows involved
Spooked by the pigeons, but only into the tree and brief. A mix of ages in these Tree Sparrows
