A mixture of birds from the Lurgies, many taken with the P1000, some are frames taken from video and others with my DSLR. The Spotted Redshank again, but it won't settle anywhere long.

Red-breasted Merganser video, click here

Spotted Redshank, seen from the Lurgies path, but was in front of the Shelduck Hide a long way off

Unfortunately it was always distant and closer to the hide, the sun however would be in the wrong position. Both photos are frames taken from video

Great Egret feeding downstream from the Old Harbour (crop of a 125 zoom shot)

Think this is the original

This juvenile Pink-footed Goose didn't seem injured, maybe just tired after a long flight. It didn't fly off when approached but otherwise seemed Ok

Curlew flypast caught me out

The young male Sparrowhawk circling over my garden

No Aurora photos so I tried the Moon out of an upstairs window
