Some photos from my local patch, Arbroath Harbour and Victoria Park. Strangely there were no birds in the harbour or marina, and not even many gulls around. Victoria Park had the following species, Turnstones, Rock Pipits, Carrion Crow, Jackdaw, Pied Wagtail, Grey Wagtail, Stonechat, Curlew, Black-headed, Common, Herring and Black-backed Gulls, with Oystercatchers flying through.
As you'll see it was sunny so I concentrated on photos and left the P1000 in the car, no videos.....

I've included this frame from a video I took at the top of Rossie Brae near Montrose, it's from a distant video of Pink-footed Geese which also included a Barnacle Goose and this one. It's got more white on its face than is usual with some of the Pink-footed, but any features on its belly are blown out by the late sun, and the legs could be pink or orange. One to look out for if you see a flock around Montrose/Angus and there's an actual White-fronted Goose which has been seen in the Kirriemuir area
