Despite a 20mph ENE wind at East Haven on Saturday, I did get more birds on my Webs count than I'd expected. I think all but one are birds that have been there all winter, a White Wagtail being the new bird. Once the weather improves I expect to find a few more White Wagtails in the field at Hatton which currently holds only two Wheatear and a few Skylarks. The East Haven photos were almost impossible due to the wind!
The other photos of Bees are from my garden and I've used ObsIdentify to help with species identification, sometimes confirming with my insect book.

A very elusive White Wagtail as they always are, whereas the Pied will almost walk about my feet, the White won't let me get within 40 metres before flying further along the beach. To me they also appear more elegant than the Pied, with a longer tail and upright stance

I am currently hosting a pair of Woodpigeons in my garden, they have built a nest in a neighbours tree but they come to my boundary wall to court and mate
