Stonechat in late afternoon sun

New layout with larger photos, 1530 pixels wide.

After delivering a "precious cargo" to her daughter at Brechin Castle Centre, I managed to navigate my way to St Cyrus taking into account all of the roads and bridges still closed, or subject to traffic management.

Predictively, few birds were seen including none on a flat calm sea, 4 Buzzards, a Sparrowhawk and a Kestrel were the only interest and all atop the cliffs.
