Speckled Wood Butterfly - Kinnaber Links

Speckled Wood Butterfly, apparently a scarcity in Angus. Also seen, Dark Green Fritillary, Small Copper, Common Blue, Peacock, Meadow Brown and Small Heath butterflies, with a sighting which I'm confident was a Northern Brown Argus which I know are found at St Cyrus just north of the river.

Speckled Wood Butterfly at Kinnaber Links. No records shown in the area on Butterfly Conservation's website, although I did have one last year on July 21st 2020 at the Lurgies car park, and reported it with photos

Small Copper Butterfly, also Kinnaber

Saved here for posterity, and unidentified caterpillar feeding on Sedum micranthum. They only appear from under the plant foliage at dusk and appear grey in colour then but in light more green, length about 10-12mm. I was tasked by Lorna to find out what they are and can only guess at moth larvae or possibly sawfly larvae?
