Hooded Crow and Fowlsheugh is full!

A rare Hooded Crow for the east coast on Saturday near Laurencekirk in fields on the Marykirk Road and then on a fence post on the verge of the A90 at Laurencekirk (couldn't get a photo there though). I wonder if it is the same one I saw in winter in Glen Lethnot.

Further north at Fowlsheugh the reserve is bursting with life with most birds already on nests and many partners on the sea below the cliffs preening. On a cold day with intermittent light I got some decent photos and wonder what if the sun was out?
